FIELD

DESCRIPTION

ROW_ID

Integer used as primary key to db, approximates insertion order. Primarily for internal use.

de_identifier

Internal key to identify the filer, source document and table number within the document of the table the data was extracted from CIK-RDATE-CDATE-F##-TID. The digits following the F are the last two digits of the source document accession number.  The TID is an integer that represents the table number of the source table in the document.

CIK

Central Index Key of the company that the data relates to.

RDATE

The letter R concatenated to the dissemination date of the filing (RYYYYMMDD).

RID

The row number from the table that reported the data.

PERSON_NAME

The name of the officer as reported in the table.

PERSON_TITLE

The title of the named officer as reported in the table.

YEAR

The compensation year as reported in the table.

SALARY

The amount of salary paid to the officer as reported in the table.

BONUS

The amount of bonus paid to the officer as reported in the table.

NONEQUITY

The amount of non-equity incentive plan compensation as reported in the table.

STOCK

The value of stock awards granted to the officer as reported in the table.

OPTION

The value of option awards granted to the officer as reported in the table.

NQDEFCOMP

Non-qualified deferred compensation

OTHER

All other compensation

TOTAL

As reported TOTAL compensation.  Note this value can in some cases not equal the sum of the reported components (SALARY + BONUS + . . . + OTHER)

GENDER

M or F to indicate the gender of the officer as reported in the filing.

SEC_NAME

The name used by the officer in their Form 3/4 or 5 filings if we could match. Non-matches indicated by NOT AVAILABLE MONTH YEAR to reflect the last time a match was attempted.

PERSON_CIK

The Central Index Key as assigned by the SEC to the person to use when meeting their ownership filings obligations. Non-matches indicated by NOT AVAILABLE MONTH YEAR to reflect the last time a match was attempted.
